Services

Therapy for Stress, Anxiety and Overwhelm

Calm the chaos. Reconnect with yourself.

Modern life can be relentless - work pressure, family responsibilities, and the weight of expectations can leave you feeling stretched too thin. If you're feeling anxious, wired, or burned out, therapy can offer you a space to slow down and breathe. Together, we'll explore what's fuelling your stress and help you build emotional resilience, regain balance, and reclaim your peace of mind.

Trauma - informed Counselling

Gently untangle what still hurts.

Trauma isn't just about what happened - it's about how it lives on in your body and mind. Whether you're carrying childhood wounds, the impact of abuse, or difficult life events, I offer a compassionate and steady space to begin healing. Using a trauma-informed, pluralistic approach, we go at your pace - restoring safety, processing the past and nurturing hope for the future.

Therapy for Chronic Illness and Invisible Conditions

When your body hurts, your mind does too.

Living with chronic pain or long-term health issues can be lonely, frustrating and exhausting. You might feel dismissed by professionals or misunderstood by loved ones. Therapy can help you process the emotional weight of illness, explore identity changes, and develop kinder coping strategies. I work especially with those whose physical and emotional experiences are deeply connected.
